These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website nibrasalikhan.com and the digital growth services provided by Nibras Ali Khan ("I," "me," or "my"), including SEO services, web design and development, and Google Ads management.

By accessing this website or engaging my services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

Services

I provide professional digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) — audits, strategy, implementation, and ongoing management
• Web Design and Development — business websites, corporate sites, landing pages, and WordPress development
• Google Ads Management — campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and conversion tracking

Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual project proposals or service agreements agreed upon before work begins.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business and requirements
• Grant necessary access to websites, hosting, analytics, and ad accounts
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Pay invoices according to agreed payment terms
• Comply with applicable laws and platform policies (Google Ads, etc.)

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual proposals. Unless otherwise stated:

• Project-based work requires a deposit before work begins
• Monthly retainer services are billed at the start of each billing period
• Google Ads ad spend is paid directly to Google by the client unless otherwise arranged
• Late payments may result in paused services

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom website designs, content, and deliverables created specifically for their project. I retain the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pre-existing tools, frameworks, code libraries, and methodologies remain my intellectual property.

SEO and Advertising Disclaimers

SEO results depend on many factors including competition, algorithm changes, and website history. I do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes.

Google Ads performance depends on budget, market conditions, and ad platform policies. I optimize for best possible results but cannot guarantee specific lead volumes or cost-per-lead figures.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service in the three months preceding the claim.

I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.

Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for fees for work completed through the termination date. I will provide reasonable transition assistance for account access and data handover.

Confidentiality

I treat client business information, analytics data, and strategy documents as confidential and do not disclose them to third parties except as required to deliver services or comply with law.

Website Use

Content on this website is for general information purposes. While I strive for accuracy, I make no warranties about completeness or suitability for any particular purpose. Website content does not constitute a binding service agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oman.

Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
